okay so my time in Singapore so far has been awesome!
i went to CCAB stadium today for training,
yes training,
on a SUNDAY. yes you are not thinking wrong,
i did loose my mind and decide to run in the heat,
on a SUNDAY!!!!!!!!!!!
but its all worth it i suppose, it'll all pay off, hopefully!
tomorrow is the oh so special SIMIN'S BIRTHDAY!
not to mention its my dad's birthday as well.
c'mon people, gotta stop turning old!

GUNNY did way awesome for her 1500m race,
SHE CAME IN 6TH, ahem ahem,

and and and this wednesday she'll be running the 800m!!!!!

last night Jolene invited Syah, Nico, Shermond, Daniel(i think thats the right spelling) and myself to support one of her friend's band!
the performance/competition/whatever you wanna call it, was awesome!

anyways, spent the morning/afternoon with Syah, Sha and Kellie,
doing what i dont know!
